We
have a good laugh. However, most (not all) government employees are not working
much. I used to work for Federal Reserve Bank, so I know more. Hence, it is good for them to kill time and they're stupid enough
not to use counting machines claiming they were broken. Stupid folks do stupid things. Well, at
least they have excuse to hire one more employee and cut down
unemployment by one (or one in every county). That's how we fix
unemployment problem, or it is my joke of the week.
