* Apple has no choice but open the research centers in China at the risk
of secrets being stolen. China has a lot of engineers and programmers.
Actually some of their mobile technologies are in the state of the art.
Some bigots still believe China is a copycat only. There are many
Chinese in top research in the US. Many are dedicated scientists.

SpaceX's reusable rocket is a reduced project of the Shuttle program
that failed miserably. When we start a new project, we paint a rosy
picture to get support and funding. We also gave up our rocket system
for satellites. It is the same for many projects. If China steals our
secrets in recovery, we have to pay more attention to security. How does
China progress from nothing in space technology to today's is amazing.
