Healthy food and bad food combintation

Some health info from the web are good and some are not reliable. Stick with some reputable links. 

Apple, plenty of water & honey a day to keep the doctors away.

Recommend to eat the following once in a while: Coconut, Chinese Dragon eye, papaya...


Avoid food combinations:

Shrimp with Vitamin C.

Coke with flu medication. True or false?

Health links in Chinese (try translator). They stress on cures by food instead of medication. Dr. Campbell's China Study is more reliable on healthy food with no meat diet. I prefer both.
