It
is an unfortunate incident esp. with racial discrimination. As a
business, you do not welcome folks to come in and not order anything. It
should set up a fair policy like ordering something within 5 minutes
and enforce it.
Closing all the stores will cause the company money but gaining free publicity. There are many better ways to train employees such as by small groups, in-store, on-line...
