Negative Vote?

Republicans are supposed to be pro business. However, the stock market rises about double when Democratic Party has the presidency. 

I hope they have "negative vote" just like the Dislike button. Count these folks as half vote: not paying any Federal income tax (40%), mentally challenged (could be half of the population)... Representation without taxation is worse than taxation without representation.
