From my rough estimate, there are about 4,000 cases (more will come for
easy money) and if half a billion each, it would be huge. Drug companies
beside JNJ are worrying and the greedy lawyers are all smiling. We do
have to limit the claim to protect our industries from lawyers who are
the parasites of the society.
Being said, dump the stock before the
institution investors do. It is not worth the risk to me. The dividend
lovers will find out the hard way.
