We vote with our feet literally.
USA is still the best country for immigrants. Investing requirement for
immigrants is only half a million dollar to invest and most wealthy Chinese can
afford easily. Besides corrupt officials, it is a good investment: clean air,
clean water, reliable food quality, freedom, good infrastructure (even
falling), better opportunities for their children…
