1. Vaccination. We need at least 70% citizens vaccinated. We are close. We have let 600,000 die before we woke up and promoted vaccination. It is working so far. However, when the Indian variant spread here, we would have another wave.
2. Let some die. Unfortunately it is happening in India. Eventually, the survivors would have immune and survive. I estimate the deaths in India could be as high as 10% of the 1.3 B population. We all cry for India.
3. Control and isolate the affected area as China has done. China has successfully control the virus in less than 3 months. We are too proud and arrogant to learn from the ‘inferior’ country like China.
4. A medicine to cure the disease. We are still waiting for a cheap solution. A cocktail drug has worked for Trump.
