Trending up
I missed some investing opportunities due to personal biases. I did not
buy ETFs on Turkish, Europe, S. Korea, India... They all have a great
year. Is it heartless to say I will buy Turkish ETF on the next
terrorist attack?

DIS
DIS is not in my radar (screens) unless it falls to 80s. So, no need to
waste time in research. If I research in all these stocks, I do not have
a life.
In general, I prefer smaller companies where not too many analysts follow. In addition, the market is risky and I'm in my unloading phase.
I'm still trying to understand why DIS stock price falls.To me, earnings is the most important. Personally I believe the ticket prices are too high. The foreign revenues would be discounted due to the strong USD.

What happens to Yahoo!Finance
I do not know what happens to Yahoo!Finance. If they do not do anything
for the last few years, it would be a better product. My problems:
1. SMA in charts did not work the last time I tried it. Hope they fix the problem by now or they have different interpretation from their own previous interpretation.
2. I use to maintain the current stock price by copying a list such as "ABC, DEF..." and outputting the result to an Excel spreadsheet. No longer available.
3. I use to get the P/E of an ETF. No longer available.
There are more of these similar problems that they did not have a few years ago.
If you do not hire some one capable, do not hire any and leave the old product alone. Thanks God there are many other ways to do the above as described in my books.
I sincerely hope they will return to the former form that is very useful.

China will become if not already the world #1 movie revenue. Besides the
size of the population and rising living standard, the living
conditions of small apartments and lack of entertaining/sport
participation are the chief reason.
My past predictions have been materialized. Few celebrities would sacrifice their careers being blacklisted by China. You do not see the Chinese bashers for Tibet... but turn their excess energy on Trump now.

A jet engine by GE and a French company
Designing a new jet engine by two companies (even worse from two
countries) is a plan for disaster. If they ask me, I would tell them why
and it would save them billions.
Who want to give out their own secrets? Besides politics, they will spend more time to point other folks' faults such like the politicians supporters here. It would be nice for the designers and managers to jack up the air miles so it is good for the airline and eventually good for the manufacturers / jet engine makers. There is always a silver lining.
